The Speedgolf app and this website are provided by DSVH Holding BV, the Netherlands. Contact: info@speedgolfscore.com.
Subscription
Everything is free on your home course. Premium unlocks every course and starts with a 3 day free trial. It renews automatically through Apple until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your Apple account settings, and you manage billing and refunds with Apple.
Acceptable use
Do not submit fake rounds. Rounds count for leaderboards and records only when they are recorded live in the app or entered by an official organizer. Manual rounds are marked as such. We may remove rounds or accounts that break these terms.
Physical activity and liability
Speedgolf involves running and playing golf. You take part at your own risk. Consult a doctor if you are in doubt about your health. Respect the rules and etiquette of the course you play. The app is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from its use.
Governing law
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country.
